Prospectors Make State Championship Game!

The Apache Junction Prospector baseball team is in the state championship game!  After defeated #1 seed, 3 in a row champion Desert Christian the Prospectors will face Joy Christian for the D4 title Saturday, May 14th, at the Surprise Baseball Stadium at 4:00. Apache Junction Baseball Moves On To The State Quarterfinals!

After a first round bye, the #4 Apache Junction Prospectors Baseball team played the #20 Benson Bobcats at the Goodyear Baseball Complex.  The game went back and forth with the Prospectors coming out victorious 8-7! Junior Prescott Horn Named MaxPreps Southwest Player of the Week

Junior catcher Prescott Horn had a great week with his bat earlier this season, being named MaxPreps/USA Today Player of the Week for the southwest of the US!  Horn went 7 for 8, hitting .875 with 6 RBIs!,-2016.htm
